KIL Vision on SHEQ Management
The continuous drive to improve SHEQ within our company will lead to an optimal protection of our workforce and the community we live in and to an optimal performance of our company. Our leading position of tomorrow is achieved through demonstrating leadership on SHEQ Management today.
It is our personal belief that proper management of safety, health, environment and quality (SHEQ Management) is an essential and integral part of doing business. We further believe that an accident free workplace is possible and achievable. We set ourselves the target to cause no harm to people or the environment. We will act pro-actively by setting standards and take action to create awareness to ensure that those working within or for our company will contribute and comply with these standards.
KIL will set up and maintain in all its operating units an integrated assurance system based on objective standards to cover all SHEQ aspects and a continuous improvement thereon;
- Ensure that all business decisions take proper account of the safety, health, environmental and quality implications
- Work to eliminate or reduce, as far as practically possible, the negative health and environmental impact from their operations;
- Report, review and instigate corrective actions based on clear safety, health, environmental.
